On line orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. Custom orders are shipped as soon as worked has been completed. Usually in 7-14 days. If work takes longer the customer will be notified via email. All on line orders may be returned within 5 days of shipment provided the customer has an authorized RMA by THE GOLF SHOT. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
